Christian helped us with the purchase of our home. He went out of the way to make the process as smooth as possible from start to finish, from giving us an overview of the process, finding open houses, arranging for viewings, to completion of the purchase. At each viewing, he pointed out the pros and cons of the home, as well as findings from the strata documents. This was a highly educational process for us as first-time buyers. He was also available at any time of the day or night to answer questions. What we really appreciated was the large amount of behind-the-scenes effort he quietly put into any task, from something as simple as working with other realtors on scheduling home viewings to post-purchase formalities. Hello,
I would like to share my experience with Christian
I know Christian since 2016, He was working as Realtor and this fact make me to have plenty trus on him.
Two years ago I made the decision to buy a property; He referred me with a broker in order to have a strong financial position.
This year, it was finally qualified for a mortgage and Christian helped me on each step. I internalized to let the professional to do his work and not to get in his way. I expressed what were my expectations and asked if they were realistic on the market. He gave me the temperature of the market which make me to adjust and continue. On the offer, He gave me his advice and suggestions; I did follow his lead knowing that if things didn't happen as we expected it was a gamble and I was responsible for it.
I consider that he has a powerful team; I mean he knows professionals and he suggests them.

We are first time home buyers started from zero. when we met Christian, first impression itself was amazing with his communication skills, patience to listen, discuss and help with every point is what made us believe in him. As a first time home buyer, the whole process is extremely overwhelming. Lots of different opposing emotions at all times. Christian is very knowledgable and will adapt to the way you like to do things, whilst also ensuring that things are done correctly and staying on the right path. He's very prompt and efficient with responses, will summarize and share anything and everything that you should know as the buyer which I always appreciated. Having someone in the field give you an unbiased opinion is an important part in this process and he will always try and look at things from your point of view but also giving advice when need be. He made the process of first time home buying much smoother than I anticipated as well as being very flexible when it comes to calls and meetings. He's an absolute pleasure to work with and I couldn't recommend him more.
